Strömsö is not only a summer location. Our all condition connection boat Rauta-Ville, is operates from mainland to Strömsö daily, regarding to the ice situation. If the winter is cold, there is also an ice road from mainland to Strömsö during January to March. In this case, you can drive your own car to the island and back. The archipelago is beautiful and worth visiting during all seasons.
