Block 19

 

Now for sale perhaps the most desirable area in Strömsö, the block 19. From this block opens the most incredible sea views to the horizon and to surrounding islands. Plots have rocky shores and small old pine trees typical of the archipelago. The direction of the plots varies from south to west. All plots on have building rights of 200 m2 / plot and combinations of 2 or more plots are possible.

 

Plot 1 is large, over hectare (2,5 acer), with log south facing shore line. The natural building place in this plot is high on flat rock and place for the sauna on a small cape. There is most the amazing views from this plot.

 

Plot 2 is very similar to that of plot 1, only slightly lower and smaller. It has handsome views to the horizon. Especially near the shoreline grows really beautiful old pine trees. Building place is sheltered on a flat rock and there is good place for the sauna building on the shore.

 

Plot 3 is a real dream of families with children. A Fine natural sand bay is the perfect setting for the hot summer days. Elevation of the plot is good but there are no sharp drops, so it is very child friendly. Plot 4 is a Finnish archipelago at its best. A long flat rocks formed cape together with a sandy bay make it a really unique plot. There is a excellent building place on rock with amazing views. Trees on the plot are mainly old pine.

Plot 6 has fantastic open sea views. It is a fairly flat plot, where it is easy to find a good building place. The shoreline is flat rock, that looks really nice at front of the sauna building.

 

Plot 7 offers an excellent building place high on the rock. There are views far to horizon and the sun sets are nicely seen on this plot. Combination of the plots 6 and 7 would be excellent.

 

Plots 8 and 9 provide really good building places high on the rock. They also feature fairly calm docking places for boats. The plots are facing quite directly to the south, but sun sets are visible since building places are quite high.
