Block 18

 

At front of the block 18, there is a lagoon type of clear water bay. The south facing blots on this block are really sunny and warm, because the block is very protected from the prevailing south-west winds. The plots have nice elevation and the shores are mostly sand. Boaters appreciate these plots because of their protected moorings. Plot 1 is a large, over one hectare (2,5 acer) flat but elevated plot. The location is excellent because there is no neighbors on the west side. Shore line is a dream for families with children. Trees on the plot are straight old pine and spruce and on the shore some beautiful and old black alder.

Plots 4 and 5 are great south facing slope plots. From the plots there is very nice views including open water and islands. Trees on plots are mainly beautiful old pine. Both plots have excellent building places for house and sauna building.
